Nedbank not assisting

Can someone please assist me with propper contact details for Nedbank, in other words, like a legit email address that actually works and not like the one on Google that you think you can use and then you get a automatic response saying that the email address provided/ used is incorrect. I'm trying to get hold of them with regards to payments on loans. And for them to supply me with actual bank details for me to pay via eft as I am not in town but keep getting sms messages saying to pay at checkers ... I have phoned as per sms in May and requested the details again and the lady who assisted me was so eager to "send " the bank details....I haven't received any details to pay via eft. Yet you keep sending me messages that I am in bridge of the agreement I have made contact with you and I have been waiting for the details to eft. Can someone please assist with this?
