NEDBANK NOT ALLOWING ASYLUM SEEKERS TO USE INTERNET AND MOBILE APP

I would like to submit this review based on the social ************** at Nedbank. I am a section 24 permit holder, meaning I hold a refugee status permit that allows me to study and work in South Africa.

I am working and all my salary goes to my nedbank account and all charges are being taken with no consent as usual. However when it comes to online banking and using the nedbank money app, we as refugees have been restricted from using any online facility. Imagine in this era we still have to go check our balances from ATM machines or Branch which is ridiculous, I wonder why they take our money but they are not willing to give us access to the online banking facility this is intellectual ******* and deserves a prosecution.
