NEDBANK - NOT ADHERING TO ARRANGEMENTS

Good morning,<br> <br> I have had it with NEDBANK....<br> <br> I am currently unemployed, I only have a temp job, I have made arrangements to pay R1000 per month until I get a permanent position. I even received an sms confirming that the arrangement was in place.<br> <br> In December 2015, they have taken the R1000 from me plus the original amount that needed to be paid, when I asked them about this, they promised to pay it back, I had to phone them again, and then the money was paid back to me.<br> <br> Then for the second month in a row, NEDBANK has gone a debited more off than what they were suppose to. This month they have a problem and need a bank statement and a motivational letter from me.<br> <br> So what was the use of making payment arrangements if they just do what ever they want to do.<br> <br> Now I have allot of debit orders that has been rejected, as NEDBANK took everything that I had in my account. I have children that needs to be fed, but obviously NEDBANK does not worry about that.<br> <br> I need this sorted and the R2485 paid back into my account. And I want all debit orders cancelled from my account. I will make a payment every month.<br> <br> I have had enough of them.
