Nedbank not a bank for me

Nedbank is the worse bank I have ever had to deal with, they are not concerned about how you have to live. A week ago they took over R5000 from my account and a week later I'm still struggling to get money back. It's one lie after the other, different people different stories. I am renting a house, have a family to see too, I told them all this yet they holding onto my money, my salary. I do not recommend Nedbank to anyone.
