worst bank ever got a business account with them since 1989, went in the start of Jan 2022 (1st week) signed all papers and requested them to change cellphone no OTP to date nothing has been done Khumalo, S. (Sibusiso ) <***> is supposed to be my banker but he does not respond to any of my emails he then forwards the email to someone else *** which she then doesnt respond to .if you can see date from the start of Jan 2022 to date 24 March 2022 going for 4 months and no call no email no response from anyone

how can Nedbank do this to clients especially being with them for 33 years really considering changing banks ,service like this is totally unacceptable
