Nedbank Northmead Nightmare!!!!

Im ****ed off with Nedbank service! I open a Business account, it gets activated and im all excited that its all system go. I transfer all funds into the new account, then BOOM you block my account for FICA!!!!!! What Fica when all documents were submitted to the consultant that opened the account. Anyway I have now submitted again, its now 48hours later my account is still frozen!! I run a business that uses petty cash daily, i cannot access funds! The lady at Northmead branch(Buyi) called to say the account would be unblocked yesterday, The account is still not active, she's not even answering my calls now, tried her on both cellphone and landline. Can you sort this out or close the account and transfer all funds back into the FNB account today please
