Nedbank nonsense

I would like to complain about my disappointment towards Nedbank. I have been banking with them for over 10years and when i needed a loan they refused to help me, yet they allowed ****ers to log in to my account and ***** my money which i never got back. I was ****med of 36.000 and on Facebook and I asked Nedbank to assist with paying this amount to finchoice who i borrowed the loan from and Nedbank refused. My partner also has been banking with them for years and he needed a money for a bond and you guessed right Nedbank refused. So my husband tried standard bank and within a day standard bank granted him a loan, my husband made the best decision and moved all his banking to standard bank. The thing that upsets me is we trust there institutions with our money and they allow ****ers to ***** our hard earned money. Im even suffering from depression because i cant seem to get assistance from the bank i thought had my back, but I guess i was wrong. I am in so much of stress because of this loan but this bank is not willing to help me.
