Nedbank Non Service

Nedbank non resident department in cape town is a mess. Phone don't get answers and e-mail don't get a reply. I don't know how they can give such poor service, and this has been going on for years it is a terrible department. There is a Nedbank complaint site but if you don't have a South African ID Number(Which Non residents Don't have) it doesn't work. Get this department sorted out Nedbank
