Nedbank Non Resident Department

I have been trying to Invest with Nedbank for 2 weeks, their non resident department is totally useless. Eventually one person agreed to do the transaction. Now they have taken the money Twice from my account. It is always a big issue trying to deal with Nedbank non-resident department. Try Bidvest, they always get things done correctly.
