NEDBANK NON EXISTENT SERVICE

on the 28/04/2021 i phoned NEDBANK 6 times each time i was put on hold while they checked what was going on with a refund that was supposed to have been done for me, each time i was either put on hold for 10 minutes then the call was dropped, then i phoned back then transfered to someone who then also just put the phone down on me, then the 6th time i phone i get put through to nedbank legal and AGAIN THE PHONE GETS PUT DOWN ON ME,,,,,,,,,,what the hell is going on........we all know that there is NO SERVICE DELIVERY FROM GOVERNMENT and now the financial institutions dont care enough tpo help their clients, NO WONDER SOUTH AFRICA IS IN ****
