Nedbank / non delivery

I have been trying to resolve the issues with regards to my Nedbank Money app, have made numerous calls to the HELPLESS desk as well as went into the branch to try and resole. ALL to no avail . WHAT must one do. I am a very disgruntled Nedbank pensioner and ashamed that this is what Nedbank has become, nobody knows how there systems work and how to resolve issues.
