Nedbank non communication

I was de*****ed by a client of nedbank, a company/individual called "Celiwe PN cc Tactical gear" I reported the matter to Nedbank immediately when I realized i was ****med , I was told that my bank is supposed to communicate this with Nedbank, I insisted on being assisted as time wasn't on my side, I was told to open a case , and email all the documentation to NRRG , and call back with a case number , I did that..I was then told the account would be flagged , I inquired what this meant and i was told that they'll investigate the matter , i called Nedbank back, with all the docs emailed and asked if the bank could confirm weather or the client could still use the account even if its flagged? And i was told that asking this question is a violation of the POPI Act, but what about my rights being violated? Im not asking for the Clients personal info, just to find out if they could still transact while flagged? To top it off , no one called to inform weather or not my documentation was received , I had to call back and find this out..I potentially lost R86 917 ..as i don't know if its going to be rexovered
