Nedbank - No service at all

The service of the deceased estates department is non-existent. Since March we are waiting for the balance of certificates and payout. We have emailed, called, complained. The matter was referred to Yvonne Dlamini then Donald Komo, they do not even reply to our emails or return our phone calls. We also send numerous times the required certified documents.

Do not open a bank account or invest with Nedbank because your family will be destitute should you die. Your executor will be forced to bring an application to compel Nedbank to do their work.
