Nedbank No Service

My accounts are blocked at Nedbank because of a FICA problem. So let me explain what happened. I received two sms’s on various days maybe two weeks apart that there was a FICA issue. I called the lifestyle banking twice and twice I was told there was no FICA issue. You can listen to these calls I am sure. I was surprised as the Balfour Park branch had already copied my ID for my credit card application.

I went into the above branch last two weeks ago Thursday (3rd August). They had an issue uploading my ID. That’s a Nedbank problem. My account and cards have been frozen since then.

The young lady Portia has been most helpful but this is a system issue and she is not getting the support she needs.

I think it would be fair to say that Nedbank should refund my account fees as I cannot use the account or alternatively close my account.

I think I have been extremely patient, I am not holding out much hope as I was cut off 4 times by telephone.

I think this is really bad form.
