Nedbank - no response.

Good day

I went in to the bank on Friday to request a deeds certificate for the purchase of y new home. It was not loaded on the system so I had to call in. I then called in and they said it would be emailed to me in a few days.

A week went by and still nothing so I emailed them. I got an automated response saying they will respond within 24 hours, it has been 4 days since.
