Nedbank NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!

Good day, I have a Nedbank Loan that has not been paid for almost * years, I was contacted my Hammond Pole attorneys to make an arrangement for payment. I am currently in China and I would like to verify that this is all legal and that I can make a payment arrangement with them. Can someone please contact me via email or on my China number +*** so I can verify that this is legal. Alternatively I can be contacted via email. I would like to make an arrangement for an amount of R3000.00 per month but I will pay extra on a monthly basis as well. I also have a Nedbank Credit Card that I would like to start paying.
