Nedbank no longer a preferred bank. Do not choose them. Pathetic and dissapointing

Nedbank used to be the bank I was proud to be a client of. My salary, investments accounts as well as car loan is through them. I used to refer my friends, family and colleagues to moving over to nedbank because of the excellent service and ease of banking. Of recent however, they have managed to change my perception so much that I am now in the market for a new bank. My frustrations below which i logged with the help desk with no assistance... * They do not replace expired cards, even if you call in and remind them, they instead inactivate the card- and put the onus on you to activate and re order, which of course they do not deliver on. *They have now created a new app, where you can block and request for card replacements- and naturally, you cannot see if the card is blocked or the delivery status of the card - you have to call in to confirm if a card is blocked and will be delivered. And then 2 weeks later , you still have no cards- the basic tool to utilize- and have to call in again because there isnt even a status on the delivery *They were unable to offer me the best quote on a home loan- banks that are not even my own beat them * You cannot change your home address without going into the bank *you can now have your card delivered to you, but they are incapable of managing this process so you may never actually get your card * If you start using their new app, your passwords to internet and cell phone banking doesnt work.
