Nedbank no interest in reported ***** cases

I am so disappointed. After sending these guys an email and calling and not getting through to report a case of ***** and getting my money back i just feel no effort has been shown to help.

I have emailed them about a client they have who uses false aliases and **********ly takes peoples money. I attached screenshots and everything my bank has been trying endlessly and nebank allows ********** to just get away with it. Might as well call them ********** too
