Nedbank - No help from the worst bank ever

I actually have no words because of all the hassles we have had with Nedbank over the past year. Nobody can give you an answer about anything. Supposed to have a private banker as well. There are so many facets of this annoying case. I need to speak to a person of authority. Not interested in speaking to the call centre/clerks/private bankers.
