Nedbank NO help during Pandemic !!!

Called Nedbank this morning about the holiday debt plan for my bond during the lockdown period as I am not receiving a salary I get told that I have 1 to 3 months relief but once that period is up I have to pay the amount that is in arrears upfront in a ONCE OF PAYMENT if I cannot I have to make arrangements to pay it back in installments plus still pay my monthly bond amount on top of that!!!! So my question to nedbank is how exactly are you helping me during this difficult time?
