Nedbank. No help

Very displeased with the service I received from Nedbank industria. The couldn't advise what account would be best for me and I did qualify as well. So I went with a normal current account. I put R50 in my account that day as I got proof of account and yet till today almost 2 months later I still have not received my card. When I go in there is always a story. I'm really not happy
