Nedbank No funds alert

The Nedbank no funds alert service is probably the main thing that attracted me to open up an account with Nedbank. Little did I know that I was not really gonna need it since well most of my debit orders go off on pay day and the day after pay day, until recently. Well in September 2016 I received a notification reading as follows "Nedbank: Please make a cash deposit into your Nedbank account ****4 by 30Se*** at 16:00, to ensure you have sufficient funds to honour your payments. Available balance R0.00". Which I did, payments were honoured without any hassles. Then this happened, Debit order was supposed to go off on the 28th November, unfortunately I did not have enough funds but Nedbank notified me to make a deposit before 16:00 pm to honour my fees, which I did. Debit order went of my account. I got charged for the no funds alert obviously, then for some reason on the 30th of November the money gets returned to my account and I get charged for unpaid item. I contact customer care, seems like not even they know that the no funds alert service delays debit orders up to 32 hours.

So basically I'm getting charged for unpaid item whereas I did have money in my account and the Bank decided to credit my account with the debit order and I'm most definitely going to be charged from the Institution for a returned debit.
