Nedbank No Feedback

Struggling to get feedback on a claim I have submitted more than two weeks ago.

Everytime I speak to a consultant, they can't find anything on my profile but they can see that the claim is locked.

I then get transferred to the claim handler but the call always get dropped and no one bothers to return my call.

After two weeks af logging the call no feedback back in any form was received...
