Nedbank - NO Debit Order - THEFT

Nedbank debited my Aunts account up to 7 (Seven) Times a month for over R186 000 without being in possession of a signed debit order. Someone (faciltated by Nedabnk, stole my aunts money. WE opened a case of ***** with Benak, they have not investaigated it. We asked for my Aunts money back... Nedbank has refused to alternatively pay back my Aunts Money We reported it to teh NFOSA - Ombud. In seven months, they too have done nothing to get my Aunts ****** money back

Shame on you Nedbank. Shame on you NFOSA.

It is despicable that Nedbank would facilitate theft of my Aunts Money and not Fix it.
