Nedbank no customer service

I have a personal loan at Nedbank. My debitorders went off promptly. Yesterday I received a call asking why my payment did not go through this month? The lady never phoned back while I was checking my debit orders. I now received a sms offering a payment holiday for June..and that all when the debit order was paid. Phoned numerous times...just to hold while transfering from one person to another...very bad customer service
