NEDBANK - NO CORRESPONDING ONLY HARRASMENT

I Have a personal loan with Nedbaank which i know i have to pay but due to circumstances i went on debt councelling which i still pay them every month. But they keep on harrasing me and keep on telling me they want more money which i wish i can do but unfortunetly i can that is why i am under debt councelling. they must just accept the money for now i did and also my debt counsellors send a lot of emails to nedbank: *** on the 25/06, debtcounsellingqueries@nedbank on the 25/06,*** on the 25/06 and i can go on and on, but no reply was received from any of thoose emails but they can just call and call, please sort your guys admin out please.
