Nedbank no communication

Appaulling communication. We have been using the Nedbank Cash Cards for the last 5 or 6 years. The purpose of these cards are to allow our staff when travelling to have access to funds for expenses. Without warning, Nedbank have decided to cancel Cash Cards. We as usual deposited money into our Cash Card which was allowed but when our staff member wanted to pay for his purchases the card was declinded. Very embarrasing and totally *********. No communication what so ever from Nedbank - do as you please Nedbank - it seems that your client does not matter.
