Nedbank no care for aged or older customers.

My mom who is 89 and been with nedbank all those years, is trying to move some omney. The Garden Centre branch insist that she must do it herself on her phone. She is 89, her phone is a simple old nokia. SHE CANNOT use apps or internet banking. We sat for 53 minutes in the branch trying to get this sorted. ABSOLUTE disgrace. NO SERVICE. DONT CARE ATTITUDE. Do not go to nedbank, use Capitec rather.
