Nedbank = no cards why am I still banking bere??

Worst service ever!!! I try to get my replacement cards since October 2023. My cards now has expired. Helpline send me to the branch. The cards are not at the branch.... Again!! Again I was told to phone the helpline just to hear that it was dispatched 17 November 2023.... Already I was told in November that they will escalate the matter. How did this help?? I still have no cards and if I have to speak to Lebo at helpline who keep telling ne he does not know or I must go to the branch one more time I will move my account! This is how Nedbank deal with clients banking with them over 21 years. The skilled staff is no longer there to assist. Everyone just pass the bucket. Nedbank deserve NO STAR RATING
