Nedbank no-assistance sales

Trying to get in touch with Nedbank Assisted Sales team since 02 March 2023.

They do not respond to emails (***)

I tried calling the number listed in the NASE brochure, no one is able to help (or even knows what I am talking about).

Am I to wait to become completely unable to pay my bond, then receive a judgment before Nedbank helps sell my house???
