Nedbank-Nightmare bank

Hello Peter. I have had such a nightmare with Nedbank. I deposited cash on one of their ATM on 30/11/2019 and as of today the money is not reflecting in my account. I started a chat wit a person called Siboniso and i got cut off. I called their call center and was told to go to the respective branch which is Sunnypark Pretoria and currently I am in Rivonia.I called the branch and was told that the money will reflect tomorrow on 03/12/2019.I do not understand why and it seems no-one cares as I have spoken to seven people already without my issue resolved
