Nedbank Nightmare App

Went to Cresta branch to register for internet and phone banking. Downloaded Nedbank money app. What an absolute nightmare. The friendly staff there couldn't even get it to work. Its been five hours and it still will not allow me to login. Really ? This is false advertising...freeze your account, be in control of your money. Not with this app. Please get proper developers to create your app or to fix it. It's an absolute disaster.
