NEDBANK NIGHTMARE

I was at Nedbank yester to request statements. I was told the statements is R35 per month. I was shocked to to see R3980 taken from my account. When I enquired with my business consultant I was told the staff member should have advised me to get the statements online at a cheaper cost which see she didn't do. I visited the branch today and was told the statements is R35 per page. I am disgusted that your staff member didn't advise me of the cheaper online option at all. Please tell me in todays times with Covid taking so much away from us who can pay that ridiculous amount for statements
