Nedbank New Online Banking System - Disaster!

Nedbank have changed their Online Banking System and so far I know of 4 other people who are having a huge problem with changing over. I had to spend 2.5 hours at my local branch (who were very helpful) to get the system changed. I now try and transfer money and the account is immediately blocked - no second chances! Back to the Branch - enough to make one change banks.!! Just so frustrating!
