Nedbank new account service BAD

Good day This is a warning to all that fal for nedbanks R99 account fee story I changed my banking details to nedbank salary and all in MARCH. Till today iam waiting for a msg to get a code yo collect my card. I phoned them this week . My card is at the brach take id and go collect. For the third time i go . Twice before being told i mist wait for a sms code . This time the bank is nationallly off line
