Nedbank never there when you need them the most.

Good day all. Yesterday I sold an item of mine and decided it would be wise to bank that cash immediately. I sold the item at 6:20 and went to the nearest mall to deposit the cash into the ATM. It originally showed my correct available amount and then this morning I woke up and had to do a big payment. Well needless to say when I opened my app that amount was gone. It was as if it disappeared or even worse never happened. There was no warning for this, no prompts letting me know my money won't be available to me, no. They just decided my money is pending authorization and even though I had very important business deal to make they ruined it for me and no one could assist me not even my personal banker ( Oh yes, I have a professional account.) After this encounter, I will be moving my account to a different and more reliable bank.
