Nedbank ,never sticking to arrangements

I don't know why nedbank would call you to make arrangements and never stick to them, for the second time now, money is being deducted twice from my account with out my authorisation, iv wasted my airtime trying to call you people, eventually when they do answer ,I still get no assistance ,I'm starting to hate this bank
