Nedbank never fails

I`ve downloaded the Nedbank money app, to try and make my life easier, but not everything functions, the chat on the app tells me to phone ***for assistance, phone the number end up with a consultant and explain what i need, the Forex part of the app needs to work, my wife is going to the UK and i want to send some money for when she gets there, the more than useless consultant (i wonder how they`re given this title, hang the phone up, i end up with another consultant, now i have to start with the story all over again, i don`t think so. the FNB App as this facility already activated no mess, no mither, so tomorrow i will be opening a FNB account, and then after more than ten years with Nedbank i will be closing my account, it seems to me to be employed in the banking sector you first need to be brain dead. Nedbank do yourselves a favour and have a look at the FNB app, you`ll be surprised how many good ideas you`ll get
