Nedbank never delivers and has rude consuntants

I always have to call in twice to *** in order to get assistance. Its frustrating and having to deal with rude monotonous consultants that wont even acknowledge the incompetence of their collegues or your frustration just makes things work. I have no hope that I'll receive the document that I've asked for again because Elgrin Goliath seemed very unconcerned, was rude and couldn't be bothered. I never want to deal with Nedbank again
