Nedbank never delivers

Went online to enter my contact details to open an account with Nedbank. The following day a gentleman phoned me too me through everything and said I should do to my neeerest branch. The lady was helpful until she got a private call that she needs to gou hom. She did not complete my profile and said it would be done first thing today and she will phone me. Well so am still waiting and cant do anything. This is pathetic
