NedBank Never calls or take any calls

These guys from Nedbank are hard to find i have called and called and called, no one is picking up, i sent more than ten emails asking for a relavant department to call me back. i have settled all my accounts with them all im asking for is for them to send me the settlement letter and update the bureau with my settlements. Last time it took over three months for them to update the bureaus.
