NEDBANK. NEVER ANSWERS, APPLY FOR A GOLD CARD and THEY WILL APPROVE YOU FOR THE WRONG CARD, AND ASK YOU 5 TIMES FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTS YOU ALREADY SENT THEM FROM DAY ONE.

I signed up for the Gold Credit card, not the greenbacks gold Card. I received an sms stating its been approved. When i registered online i attached the documents Nedbank required. I then received an sms telling me the credit card has been aprroved but for the greenbacks card and i must upload the same documents i already did. I then emailed carddocs as the sms told me so. I explained what happened and asked for a response or acknowledgement. There has been none. No acknowledge of the error, nothing. Its been 2 weeks now. I tried using the nedbank website to log a query, but the site refused to. Very dissapointing, i have had to resort to putting a negative review just to get a response somehow
