Nedbank ... never again!!!

Nedbank lost my original paperwork and between them and their lawyers, they have placed me in such a bad financial predicament because I have had to wait for my money from the sale of my house. I just got notification from my life assurance company that my policy which I have been paying for years and years, has lapsed. I wish I had the money to sue them!!! In addition, I have had Nedbank Personal Loans also hounding me for payment and when I explain to them that I cannot pay them because I am waiting for payment for my house sale and the reason for the delay is because of Nedbank in the first place ... and then they tell me that they are two different departments ... duh, like I didn't know that!!!! Anyone considering using Nedbank should keep this in mind. And if there I'd anyone out there that knows what can be done to hold Nedbank responsibile for all of this, please let me know.
