Nedbank negligence on their ATMs

Worst experience ever I experience at Nedbank Pinetown branch at Pine Crest. My sister was withdrawing money at Nedbank ATM, the ATM was hacked the card got trapped inside the machine, when she was going inside the branch immediately all R7 000 was withdrawn at ABSA. They cloned the card and stole personal information. What makes me angry was that when she report the issue the assistant said this is normal in this ATM, my question is why they don't avoid that **** to continue happen
