Nedbank neglects to get people having cessions for their home loans!!!

I have been trying to get Nedbank to help me note a cession on my lifecover with Momentum for my home loan that i have with them, they have take me from pillar to post and giving me lots of excuses, they say it is no longer a requirement, but if its not a requirement then it shouldn't mean we don't have that option if we want!! I went to one branch(Centurion Lifestyle) and was assisted by Yolandi who said she sent a request somewhere and copied me but i did NOT receive that copy of the email, and 5 days later i have not even had any feedback regarding my request to get momentum to note a cession!!
