Nedbank needs to shut down - a useless bank

Nedbank’s customer service STINKS. My grandmother’s card is about to expire and she’s not well. As a result, she cannot go to the branch to collect it. I’ve been trying to contact the call centre to get them to deliver the card to a kiosk. So far, I’ve called more than TEN TIMES without proper assistance. Nedbank has absolutely no provision of service FOR THE ELDERLY. Other banks deliver cards to people’s homes but with Nedbank, WE HAVE TO BEG THEM FOR GOOD SERVICE. This is absolutely DISGUSTING and VOMIT WORTHY. Cancel your Nedbank accounts - it is NO GOOD!!! The call centre is USELESS.
