Nedbank Nedbond is an Absolute ****

Nedbank Nedbond home owners insurance is an absolute ****. I lodged a claim for storm damage on my home. My claims handler never contacted me. After a few calls, a 2 week wait and lodging s complaint, I get a call from a repairer. The claim is subsequently approved. I get an sms as confirmation (which I still have). I then realised that a certain portion of the claim has been rejected and I couldnt understand why. After several frustrating days of calling, they appoint an assessor to look at claim that was not approved and provide feedback. I then hear nothing for a week. I call inn today, only to hear that the entire claim has been rejected. It seems that Nedbank uses their assesors to intentionally reject claims, when they know they have to pay out. Now nobody returns my calls despite several messages to the claim handler to call me back, as she is always too busy to take calls. This is my first claim after being a client for 15 years. It really pathethic. Nedbank are absolutely useless and there is absolutely no professionalism respect or concern for their client. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOUR. Stay AWAY...far AWAY from this useless institution called NEDBANK and more especially NEDBOND
