NEDBANK MY ****** CASH

I used the Nedbank ATM to withdraw cash using my overseas card. The ATM machine snatched back my R200 note despite my trying to hold on to it.I managed to grab some of my cash which didnt come out properly. I went into the bank and asked for my R200 note back out of the machine. I was told by the manager to contact the overseas bank, my card holder despite the print out showing the full amount taken out of my account. I am outraged by my treatment. Nedbank have taken R200 of my money. No help no offering to take my name and call me when they see they have an extra R200 when they balance the funds in the ATM. Just told to go talk to my overseas bank. This is ridiculous as the money has come out of my overseas account, the problem is with Nedbank's ATM. It needed servicing. The fact renains Nedbank have ****** my money. Dont use their fancy new touch screen ATM it doesnt always despatch the notes oroperly and the staff are not interested. No doubt the manager has kept the R200 for himself.
