Nedbank My Cover car insurance

I took Car insurance at Netbank My Cover. I got in an accident with someone driving into my car in my own driveway and my claim is still going on after almost 2 Months. Every time I call them to ask for any feedback, they always say it is with Management for final approval. When I request to speak to manager, they keep telling me they will give me a call (They never do), but at the end of the day I phone again and still they refuse to say why the claim is taking forever with no movement. After a while I got feedback that the assessor has valued the damages and the amount was a joke .They towed my car away to a panel beaters for an assessor to come and look at the damages and when I went to the panel beaters they did not even know why my car is there and for almost a month the assessor did not even come to see the damage to my car even after I requested it multiple times due to them not being able to see all the damage to my car in pictures. My claim is going on 2 months now with management finally approving my claim with a jokingly low amount. They informed me Thursday (After I had to call them AGAIN) that my car will be going to the panel beaters to be repaired and they will give me a call to inform me where it will be repaired. It is the next week Monday with no feedback. Till this day they cannot tell me how long anything will take and when they give me a timeframe they don't even try to keep to it. Everyone i spoke to over the phone was not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone
