Nedbank must up their admin

I put cash into a fixed deposit with nedbank in Tongaat. What a great mistake. Now that it matured I am being asked to go to home affairs as they are saying my ID is old. How on earth did they accept my money a year ago with the same ID. With covid and the long queues at home affairs I am afraid of going near home affairs. I have comorbidities and over 65 years of age.
